Golden Memories creates personalized photo magnets made using photos submitted by customers.

Because each product is personalized, the final appearance may vary slightly depending on the quality, resolution, lighting, cropping, and colors of the original photo provided.

2. Customer-Provided Photos

By uploading a photo to our website, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce the image.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted photos do not infringe upon the copyright, privacy, or other rights of another person.

Golden Memories reserves the right to refuse an order containing inappropriate, illegal, or infringing content.

3. Orders

Please carefully review your photos, product selection, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, products, and availability may change without notice.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

5. Production

Because our products are personalized and handmade, production times may vary.

We make every reasonable effort to produce orders accurately and within the stated processing time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Golden Memories website, including our logo, branding, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, and other original content, belongs to Golden Memories or its respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Golden Memories is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including shipping carrier delays, weather, strikes, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

9. Optional Content & Photo Use Authorization

During checkout, customers may have the option to authorize Golden Memories to use images of their personalized magnets, including the customer-submitted photo as displayed on the finished product, for marketing and social media content.

This authorization is completely optional. Choosing not to provide authorization will not affect your order in any way, including the availability, price, production, processing, or shipping of your order.

If you provide authorization, you may withdraw your permission at any time by contacting us at Goldenmemoriescreations@outlook.com. Withdrawal of permission will not affect content that has already been published before we received your request, where removal is not reasonably possible.
